With all this technology it should take no longer than a couple hours to get an answer, even one that involves several people...this is what I think. If I don't hear back in a few days I start thinking about going over the person's head. If it takes more than a week I am a total basketcase and begin to wonder why I rely on this person for information in the first place because in a week I could probably learn to do their job in it's entirety...this is what I think.
